We are linking up with I Love You More Than Carrots for this week's Project Pinterest. I am always looking for fun new healthy meals for the kids. I also love hearing ways to make meals more fun & to get those busy little toddlers to actually sit down for a few minutes to eat. I saw this idea on Pinterest & have been meaning to try it. I was inspired to actually complete some of my many pins when I heard about AP's new weekly link-up.
So today we tried this:
Use an ice cube tray & fill each tiny spot with different foods. Maggie thought this was SO fun & actually ate each & every thing in there. I can't think of the last time she finished a meal, so even if the fun of this new "plate" doesn't last months, I'll still take a couple of days of a toddler eating healthy food!

I have to try this- I've even seen some Moms use muffin tins! I think I'll have to pull together some finger foods and try this out one night this week! Love it! And thanks so much for linking up!
