It's APPLE season in New Jersey and we had to do a few crafts all about apples last week to prepare us for our big apple picking adventure yesterday. All of these crafts are SUPER simple to do and most likely, you will have all the supplies in your house which makes life easy for us moms and dads.
For the first craft, I cut an apple in half. We discussed the different parts of an apple and picked out all the seeds to look at. Then, I put a big piece of butcher paper on the table. Aiden dipped the half apple into the red paint and stamped it onto the paper over and over! He made lots of apple prints. Then, I let it dry and I added the stems and leaves for our apples.
To make the wreath, I cut a wreath out of construction paper. Then, we cut out the apples and Aiden glued them right onto our wreath. Isn't it the perfect fall decor?!?!
This craft is SUPER simple to do! Put out some red and green finger paint and let your child paint away on a big piece of paper. Once dry, cut into shape of an apple.
